A large number of cardiovascular and noncardiac diseases accompanied by disturbances of rhythm and conduction of the heart (arrhythmia) that significantly impair quality of life and threaten the patient’s life, both directly and in the form of complications (stroke, worsening heart failure, syncope). Thanks to the rapid development of technology in the past decade we have the unique opportunity of surgical treatment of the majority of known disorders of heart rhythm and conduction. Electrophysiological laboratory equipped with modern computer system specialized cardiological AXIOM Sensis XP (Siemens, Germany), which provides a complete algorithm hemodynamic and electrophysiological studies of the heart for children and adults, as well as mapping system elektro anatomic Sarto XP (Biosense Webster, USA), which allows you to design three-dimensional structure of the heart, whereby the highest result achieved to eliminate some of the most complex arrhythmias.

1. Cardiac electrophysiology study (EPS) – a modern invasive diagnostic mechanism and anatomical substrate (source) arrhythmias 2.
